To whom? For choir leaders, music teachers, and ensemble singers.
What to expect?
In this course you will have new perspectives on choir leadership with choirs singing rhythmic music. At live sessions at Tampere Peder Karlsson will lead you to get an overview over a holistic pedagogical system for ensemble singers’ musical and physical understanding of the repertoire that they sing. You’ll gain new input on leadership for choir singing in pulse-based music, including planning and execution of group rehearsals. At live sessions there is also a rehearsal choir demonstrating the tools with Peder Karlsson guidance.
On small group online sessions you will get personalised problem solving tools for your own choir or group. The course materials are in an online classroom, with an option for going deeper into various topics in a discussion forum.
